Sustaining Educational Progress Through Teacher Ownership and Proven Impact

While initial teacher development programmes introduce valuable new teaching methods, sustaining their impact necessitates empowering teachers to drive their own growth and share expertise. Without dedicated forums for regular professional exchange, reverting to traditional practices becomes a risk.
Actively addressing this critical need, CEQUE US works with India-based organisations such as CEQUE that empower government school teachers with innovative teaching tools. This intervention is directly impacting 2,430 teachers and 48,864 students across three Indian states—Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka. Investing in teachers and building on this existing impact has led to the creation of a resilient and continuously improving education system.
